What you agree to when you book

When you send an enquiry you agree that Gleam N Clean can contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and your booking. We do not use your details for anything else.

Water and electricity

Gleam N Clean is a mobile service. By booking you confirm that a working water supply and a safe electricity supply can be accessed at the address you give. If access is not available on the day, the visit may not be able to go ahead.

Prices and payment

The Maintenance Package is £75 and the Deep Clean is from £150 (£150–£180 depending on the car). Prices are clear for the package you book and are confirmed with you before the visit. There are no hidden extras.

If the car turns out to need significantly more work than described, Karan will talk to you before doing anything extra.

Photos of your car

Karan may photograph finished work for Instagram and this website. Number plates, house numbers and anything identifying are kept out of shot. Tell him if you would rather your car was not photographed and it will not be used.

Changing or cancelling

If plans change, let Karan know as early as you can by calling or messaging 07915 958045 so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Damage and liability

Every effort is made to work safely, with a pre wash and snowfoam before any contact wash. Please point out any existing damage, loose trim or aftermarket paint protection before the work starts so it can be allowed for.
