Who we are
Gleam N Clean is a mobile car detailing service run by Karan, based in Chadwell Heath, East London. This policy explains what we do with the information you send us through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or by Instagram.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, your car’s make and model, the postcode where the work would take place, an optional preferred day, and your confirmation that water and electricity can be provided.
We also record which page you sent the enquiry from and whether you arrived through the form, the chat assistant, a call or WhatsApp, so we know how people found us.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, quote for the work, arrange and carry out the booking, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible only to Karan. Our website and database are provided by Base44, which stores the data on our behalf. Emails are sent through the same provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful for quoting and for our records of work carried out. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Gleamnclean2@gmail.com or call 07915 958045 and we will respond.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used is needed for the site to work.
